Eschelon Hospitality Becomes Eschelon Experiences
What do Eschelon and water-powered personal flying machines have in common? They both provide a unique and memorable experience. Eschelon operates five distinctive restaurants in the Triangle that all focus on providing an experience unlike their competition. The new logo, name, and mission statement help solidify our brand’s commitment to offer truly one-of-a-kind experiences.
We place a premium on creating inventive dishes, themes, and décor – rarely settling for the expected. Our people are the heart behind the superior, distinctive meals guests enjoy and the stylish atmosphere they appreciate. Eschelon’s innovation and customer connection combine for an experience that is not often found in the Triangle.
“We’ve been very fortunate to see steady growth in recent years, and we have plans for even more expansion,” says G Patel, founder of Eschelon Experiences. “Now is the perfect time to position the company creatively, and ensure that we are not limited in our future endeavors, while keeping focus on the establishments that built our brand.”
Eschelon partnered with Engine Brandmakers to create the new logo and brand identity. Engine conducted several input sessions with brand stakeholders to collect perceptions and responses. The agency also conducted an online competitive analysis to investigate competing messages in the market and uncover areas of opportunity. Using the results of the research, Engine refreshed the Eschelon identity and logo to better reflect the company’s brand.
“Our company is full of people who are passionate about what they do,” says Tara Zechini, Marketing Director for Eschelon Experiences. “We are excited about taking these steps to strengthen our brand by making the Eschelon experience even more relevant to our regular customers, as well as those who may be new to our restaurants.”
